Frequently Asked Questions

How do I report an inaccurate listing?

On any vehicle listing page, tap the Report button in the top action bar. Describe the issue and we'll flag it for review. You can also use the form above and select "Report a listing" from the topic dropdown.

How do I list my car for sale?

Click "List Your Car" in the navigation bar. Private listings are free for individuals. You'll need to create an account, provide vehicle details, and upload photos. Your listing will go live within minutes.

I'm a dealer — how do I get my inventory on Whipedia?

Dealer inventory is pulled automatically from our national dealer data feed. If your inventory is with a major DMS, it's likely already appearing. To claim and customize your dealer profile, use the "Claim Profile" link on your dealer page or contact us above with topic "Dealer onboarding".

How does financing work?

If you're interested in financing, you can send us a financing request and we'll follow up. Whipedia is not a lender and does not make credit decisions or pull your credit.

Is Whipedia free to use?

Yes. Browsing inventory, saving searches, and contacting dealers is completely free for buyers. Private sellers can list one vehicle at a time for free.
